Jenny's Kit for October

It is that time of month again. This month it was Jenny's turn to provide the kit. She provided us with a mixture of fall and Halloween.

Here is the kit:

First up is Virginia. Since I forgot her last time I wanted to be sure that I remembered!!

I admire how Virginia used the patterned papers in this kit. She did a great job of layering her fun elements over them.

Debbie made four cards. She added a few things, like pattered paper and die cuts to make her cards.

She chose to use mainly the fall products in the kit and I am loving what she did!!

Rosey used the kit in some unique ways. Like Deb, she added a few things to her kit.

I love how she colored in that fall, embossed scene and the birthday card with the leaf!!

Danielle created three cards.

She added some inking to the sides the stamping as well as layered the fun little elements on her cards!!

Claudia also created three cards. She also did a fabulous job of layering her patterned papers.

I adore her first card with the fun ribbon strips!!

Jenny made three cards and kept them simple.

I was not great this month and made nothing. My mojo has been nonexistent and have had a hard time doing all the things I need to do. Hopefully next month will be better!!

I thank you for stopping by and viewing all our creations!!

Virginia's Cards

I had a lapse last month as I was uploading the groups cards. Virginia's cards never made it into the post and I never got around to uploading them. I figured I would post them now as they were beautiful!!

I love the way she layered all the fun papers and the stamped images I included in the kit!! Give a hand to Virginia!!

The September 2016 Reveal

Hello everyone!! Nora here. We are back with year two of our blog. This month it was my turn to put together the kit and I chose a birthday theme. Who can't use extra birthday cards in their stash?

Here is the kit I created:

I really tried to include something for everyone. Sometimes our style is so different that we have to add bits and pieces or die cuts from the paper we sent but that is okay.

First up is Claudia. She created ten cards from the kit, using two main designs to make all her cards.

Don't you just love how she used the patterned paper on her cards? I wish I was better at using it because I have so much!!

Next is Debbie. She is new to card making and to the kit club. She created three amazing cards with the kit.

I adore how she photographed her cards on that cake stand and her fun use of the patterned papers. I need Debbie and Claudia to teach me how to layer like they do!

Kathleen added a few things to her kit for her cards. She created a whopping EIGHTEEN cards!!

I really like how she used the sequins that were in the kit on her cards.

Jenny's cards are extremely simple. She chose to take a more minimalistic approach to the kit.

I really like the how she used the watercolor patterned paper behind the die cuts like she did.

Rosey does a fabulous job of layering the papers and die cuts on her cards.

I did a double take on the second card thinking I had sent her two "party" die cuts. However, she used the inside pieces of the one I sent her!! So cool! For more pretty projects, visit Rosey's Blog.

Danielle created some fun cards with the kit too. She did a nice job of using g the die cuts from the kit.

I really like how she used all the sequins on the pink card with the hat!!

I created eleven cards but I am only attaching ten here. One I did for a challenge and it will be posted on my blog in a separate entry.

Thanks for visiting and we will be back next month with a kit from Jenny!!
